Owner

Cindy's love of photography began in high school, back in the film days. She worked on mastering her skill at Hallmark Institute of Photography in 2001. Shortly after graduation she worked for a local studio where she learned with hands on experience what could never be taught in school. In 2010, she became the proud owner of Impressions Studio. Cindy is beyond grateful to have a career that is also her passion and creative outlet.

She loves to travel, especially to tropical locations in the cold winter months. Free time is hard to come by in the summer but when she has it, you can find her on their boat with her husband and kids. She is so lucky to live and develop her business here in Wallingford, meeting new people and discovering new local businesses to support!

Stacy

Lead Photographer

Stacy is known for her passion for growth and constantly evolving within the industry. She was recently honored with an Award of Excellence for one of her senior portraits. Stacy is dedicated to creating an experience where every subject feels comfortable, confident, and genuinely themselves in front of the camera.

When she's not at the studio, you will find her behind her camera photographing weddings on the weekends. In her free time, she loves exploring new coffee shops with her fiancé, appreciating the little moments and planning their 2027 wedding!

Alana

Customer Service

Alana is the friendly voice behind your calls and one of the first connections you’ll make with our studio. She is dedicated to to ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and excited along the way. She genuinely enjoys helping clients feel confident and excited as they choose the perfect images and products to bring lasting joy into their homes.

Outside of the studio, Alana enjoys exploring the outdoors, whether hiking scenic trails, relaxing at the beach, or making memories with family and friends. She also loves sharing her creativity by teaching art classes to teens with autism.

How do I book a session?

Booking is easy! Simply contact us through our website, email, or phone to discuss availability and details. A deposit will be required to secure your date.

What should I wear for my photoshoot?

Wear outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable. Solid colors and minimal pattern outfits work best for photos. We’re happy to provide styling tips!

How long does a photoshoot take?

Session lengths vary depending on which session you select. Some are as quick as 20 minutes, but others can last over an hour.

When will I receive my photos?

About a week after your session, we will schedule a time for you to come back to the studio and view your portraits. At that appointment, you will select which ones you would like to order.

Do you offer prints or just digital images?

We offer both! You can choose high-resolution digital files, professional prints, albums, and wall art to showcase your memories beautifully. We specialize in printed products. When you book your session, you will be emailed a product guide and price list to look over a head of time.

What happens if the weather is bad for an outdoor session?

If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will still have you come for your indoor part of the session. If your session does include outside photos, or a location we will look at the calendar and get that part rescheduled within a week!
